add stream

add stream endpoint to support ...

• ARIB STD-B24 subtitle format ( add --enable-libaribb24 when build ffmpeg=>4.2.1)
• dual mono stereo (separate audio channel if the Mirakurun API returns componentType 2 )
• get channnel icon from Mirakurun

but these are not include in this PR 🤔

• get EPG from Mirakurun and we do not need Chinachu anymore
• roughly emulate built in transcoding feature of HD HomeRun EXTEND
