This PR sums all changes to import customers data and add NetBox 4 support.
Features introduced here, are split into separate PRs, that can be individually reviewed and merged.
The implementation part (nautobot_netbox_importer/diffsync) uses multiple new features at once, and it's not possible to split it in a meaningful way.
Once those feature PRs will be merged, we can get the final "implementation" PR to be prepared.
