A very known Fixed foviated rendering bug ( foliage and trees having white shimmer edges when downscaled by FFR) is gettin majorly escalated by Terrain Blending. Probably cause it uses transparency too like foliage and tree branches do.
Disabling Terrain Blending shader removes the landscape white glitch.
To reproduce:
Get fixed foviated rendering running. Make it very narrow in the view so it shows the glitch sooner. Run around on landscapes outside where terrain blending should be active.
If you cant spot it right away then there is a way to force it by toggling off Volumetric Lighting in vr (this toggle will toggle off Terrain blending shader too. Thats another lill bug but its insignificant :)
Fully removing Terrain Blending shader removes the landscape white glitch.
If some dev with vr and fixed foviated rendering mod (vrperfkit or open toolkit companion has it) could take a look at this it would be amazing but as its not that widespread of a bug i understand that its a low priority fix really.
