This repository contains our data visualization project for the COM-480 course. Our goal is to present meaningful insights into real-estate data through interactive and engaging visualizations, leveraging modern web technologies and best practices.

By employing data visualization and interactive techniques, we aim to help users easily explore real-estate data, uncover patterns, and make data-driven decisions. Through our platform, users can:
- Visualize property distributions on maps
- Explore pricing trends over various neighborhoods
- Filter properties based on user-selected criteria
- Predict potential property prices (future extension)

We have three milestones for this project, each contributing to our overall grade:

Milestone 1 (21st March, 5pm) – 10%
The VisualEstate__M1.pdf document contains our initial proposal and dataset analysis. EDA can be found inEDA/
folder for each city. -
Milestone 2 (18th April, 5pm) – 10%
The VisualEstate__M2.pdf document includes updates preliminary visualizations, and more advanced ideas. -
Milestone 3 (30th May, 5pm) – 80%
This represents our final submission, complete with all interactive dashboards, refined analyses, and a comprehensive report.
