Fixed CD/busy spinner freezing
I doubt this will do anything, but the patterns were missing in 1.0.8.0
the changes in fixes.ixx is in the correct spot now, this one was outside of source where it was supposed to be.

reverts changes changes made by me
Adds 1.0.8.0 patterns
If issues arise with this, it will be reverted

(also adds patterns for cutscenecam.ixx but doesn't seem to make a difference...)
