Their issue tracker and Kanban boards are open for the whole community to see. Their automations and governance infrastructure are developed in InnerSource repositories. The most successful example is the InnerSource documentation, which is hosted in an InnerSource repository and follows the docs-as-code practice. The documentation has proven as a low barrier opportunity to contribute and has received numerous contributions from individuals throughout the company.
