[feature request] Hotkey to toggle on/off Pause Time Adjustment

I'm really happy that I finally stumbled on this piece of super useful software.

It will be really convenient if I can use a hotkey to toggle Pause Time Adjustment, instead of having to right click on the tray icon and select that option. One typical usage case is that I usually set the screen brightness to be relatively dark, but when I watch a full screen video, I sometimes want to set the brightness much higher. And then to stop the timed-based adjustment from kicking in, I'll have to switch out of the fullscreen, find the icon, right click and choose "pause time adjustment'. It would be much nicer if I can accomplish that with a hotkey.

Moreover, after the pause time adjustment is toggled on, it should trigger an immediate time-based adjustment.
