Error synchronising DB with entities, DB gets created

Hi, I'm getting this error when calling the createDatabase function on Azure App Service. Locally it works perfectly but I'm not sure what else to try.

Like i also mentioned in the related issue, it is hard for me to debug that, since i have no access to azure and the issue does not seem to occour localy... :/
