Frequencies that are 130.980 and above (e.g. 131.980, 132.980 etc..) change back to 130.975. Issue found with LECM_CTR (Madrid Control) on 132.980 reverts to 132.975.

Does this happen independently from the simulator?

This happens when running FS9. If only Swift is open with no sim then the issue is not present.
