Celebrating PySCIPOpt's 1000th entry 🎉

If I'm not too late, this discussion should mark the 1000th entry on the PySCIPOpt repository.

I know it's corny, but I just wanted to take a moment to highlight this landmark.

The biggest thank you of all goes, of course, to @mattmilten for his incredible work over many years. Without it, mathematical programming would have continued to be an obscure technique that you'd either need to be a super expert to work with, or give up on a lot of flexibility with modeling languages.

Additional thanks to all the contributors who continued improving and extending the interface, making it more pleasant to use.

And a last note to the users. You justify the effort and make it worthwhile. Thank you for your issues, thank you for your contributions, thank you for your trust.
