When I import manually the database in Pointwise I don't have any problems to just create connectors in the right way.
But trying to use your code, I noticed that in the trailing edge the connectors are literally "flying" and I really would like to solve this problem: to better understand I attached a picture of it in the link below.
It seems that sometimes Pointwise has problems when dealing with splines on a long connector. The fix is to create a segment that reconnects the old end points with the new ones and to add it to the splined database.

It could be useful to add a function that connects automatically the 2 points of the "open" clean_airoil, just to create the bluntTE.
