There are some major changes in this release:

transport is integrated into the server, so that async client/server share code
Simulator is updated and now have an example: examples/simulator.py
Modbus forwarder now allows write requests
A larger number of bug fixes.

As usual the API changes are documented in API_CHANGES.rst
