Hi, You will find a backtrace in php-errors.log.Please share it here. Also, this error looks weird and I'm suspecting that the file CommonGLPI.php is patched with a bad patch. isNewItem is a method, not a property |
The issue occurs even in a clean installation of GLPI, without any plugins |
glpiphplog.WARNING: *** PHP User Warning (512): IDOR token cannot be generated with empty criteria. in /var/www/html/glpi/src/Session.php at line 1707 |
We are experiencing this issue with the form. We have already cleared the cache, but the problem persists. This is our main issue today. The 'is new item' problem has been resolved. |
Hi I don't find any evidence that the issue is related to the plugin. It lloks like the ticket you gave as an example of failure is a recurrent ticket generated by GLPI. The backtraces don't show any code of Formcreator. Can you point me how Formcreator is related to this issue ? |
Uh oh!

I am unable to assign users or groups to tickets in GLPI. After the latest update, the assignment functionality does not work, and I receive an error message saying 'Results could not be loaded.' No user, including administrators, is able to assign tickets. I have checked permissions, cleared cache, reviewed logs, and tested with different users, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this problem or found a solution?
