Backend

Add CRUD for nodes, similar to projects, but more advanced
- Have ability to select allowed operations, based on node type
Node deletions should be soft deletions
Update process methods for all nodes to ignore deleted nodes

Frontend

Deletion API utility should have the option to choose double-step confirmation
