What needs to be changed?

We document how to instrument a library, but not what to use to test instrumentation. This seems important enough to have some basic documentation for.

What is the name + path of the page that needs changed?

https://opentelemetry.io/docs/languages/go/

Additional context: anything else you can think about that would be helpful.
