The AgentApplication does not support singleton use. This issue tracks items that need correction to support this.

  1. Typing timer: Most likely use TurnState.Temp
  2. UserAuthorization.GetTurnTokenForCaller/GetTurnToken: Most likely use TurnState.Temp
