Use finger to scroll, Pen to Draw

Feature/enhancement description:

Add the possibility to use the finger to scroll when using the Pen/Stylus. This would align with lots of other tools, which, let the user configure the behavior or finger input. Would be a great addition to this wonderufl tool.
