Preconditions and environment

• Magento version 2.4.8

Steps to reproduce

Case 1:

1. Navigate to adminhtml area
2. Open Orders grid page
3. open Filters tab
4. scroll down page, so "Purchase Date" filter on very top of the screen
5. Click calendar icon of Purchase Date from

Expected result

Calendar displays after input

Actual result

Calendar popup displays over display

Additional information

Issue appears with any calendar on strorefront or adminhtml (like product attributes, customer attributes, product custom options)
Reason 5fb6d26 getBoundingClientRect return offset relative viewport. Should be relative document.

We attempted to reproduce the issue in the latest 2.4-develop and 2.4.8 instance by following the provided steps and preconditions. We were able to successfully reproduce the issue. Please refer to the attached screenshot for details.
