Presentation Scheduling Reminders

As an advisor, I would like to be reminded by Thesis Management to actually announce a scheduled presentation via e-mail one week before the date of the presentation.

I usually like to schedule my presentations a few weeks in the future, but then it's too early to send out the invites. The abstract may not be correct yet, and it's better to have it a week before rather than 3 weeks for example so the invitation is fresh enough in everyones heads.

Thesis Management should therefore remind me that I have a presentation in draft state one week before the presentations date, and allow me to quickly send out the invites.
