add dark theme

I think it is better to add a dark theme to the livebook
I hope to get enough knowledge as soon as possible to help and contributor this project

Hey @mohsen-in, see #718. For now we want to keep a single theme as we add/change features that require design work. The issue points to an extension that works pretty well :)
