I have seen a discussion about the same error before but since I'm new I couldn't figure out what to do

You need to use the n-able-arduino core if you are trying to compile for nRF devices.

This library only works with Nordic nRF devices and esp32 devices. If you are not using one of these then this library will not work for you. If you are using one of these devices then you need to use the correct Arduino core in order to build your project with this library.
