Does nRF91 toolchain install need CMake install instructions

The ESP32 quickstart includes compiling CMake but this section is absent from the nRF quickstart. Does this part of the guide need to be present in both places?

Link? I'm pretty sure the nRF tools pull in ALL needed dependencies. Or at least most, like CMake.
