Color Picker Wrong RGB values?

I'm very new to ImageGlass and I'm getting familiar with the color picker tool, but I get values I don't understand.

First test image, embedded color profile is sRGB, expected RGB values are:

1. 0, 128, 1
2. 0, 255, 1

Color picker output is:

1. 73, 123, 32
2. 147, 247, 64

Second test image, embedded color profile is Adobe RGB, expected RGB values are:

1. 71, 127, 30
2. 144, 255, 60
3. 0, 255, 1

Color picker output is:

1. 72, 123, 32
2. 147, 247, 64
3. 43, 246, 23

The RGB text on each image is the color value before applying color profile.
In Setting, you can set Color Profile = None, ImageGlass shows the original color and the picked color from Color Picker tool will match the RGB text.

I've done some test making a screenshot of ImageGlass and than sampling it with GIMP color picker.
I've found that GIMP RGB values of screenshot are equal to ImageGlass RGB values of original image.
So it seems that ImageGlass color picker actually reports output RGB values, that normally belong to monitor color space.
