Adding flexible control for all user/role parameters

Hi,

I've created in a past a draft proposal to extend role resource with an ability to control all role parameters (hashicorp/terraform-provider-postgresql#155).

This will allow fine tuned configuration of user/roles, that is not possible today (ie. setting parameters that are currently not implemented as a part of role resource and adding more and more options might not be the best solution: hashicorp/terraform-provider-postgresql#150).

Can we discuss about possible ways of adding this functionality to provider?
