Some changes needed in the logic

Hi Sir, I have some suggestions for change in code. I have run your code and some little mistakes like filtering keyword is not properly coded. I have written code which is working fine;
Issues are like it suppose keyword with '\n' , keyword contains comma, semi-colon and other special characters
see in picture some words are starting with first letter capital and if same word is in all small at other place it counts differently
