Program window does not scroll when highlighting, making it impossible to copy

Subject of the issue

When trying to highlight the approval program the window does not scroll making it impossible to copy the full program

Firefox

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any app on lora with a long program
2. Attempt to copy full program

Expected behaviour

There's a way to copy the program

Actual behaviour

The program cannot be copied

Suggestion

Make the window scroll when highlighting or add a copy button

@joe-p Works for me in Chrome, Brave and Firefox. It's strange you're not getting scrollbars.

I think a copy button would be a nice enhancement too.

Strange... I just tried with the same exact page without changing anything and it's working as expected. Perhaps an intermittent issue. If it happens again I'll try to see if there's anything useful in the console.
