Moving quantum-espresso dependent examples to aiida-tutorials

This repo should not have a dependency on qe in the docs, so it would be better to move these examples to aiida-tutorials. This includes almost all tutorials we can keep zero_to_hero.ipynb but just need to remove the last part.
