Description

A 404 error is returned by the reverse_segment endpoint after a split

Steps to reproduce

Testimony

This has been observed 3 or 4 times, in complex use cases (after multiple operations in multi-segment) which are difficult to reproduce. However, some of the times you can still work after this error is raised.
