需求：支持RR作为iSCSI镜像启动，可配合iPXE实现免插引导U盘

背景：

引导U盘质量垃圾，因为长时间插在设备上过热导致数据损坏，NAS异常重启后发现无法启动。
希望能抛弃引导U盘，消除这个故障点。

解决方案：

可以用iPXE无盘启动方案。

• bios使用网卡netboot启动，首先加载iPXE系统。
• 然后iPXE通过iSCSI挂载RR镜像
• RR内核启动后，再次挂载RR-iSCSI镜像。
