improve sources preview

This is a meta issue for the list view of sources, i.e. fixing /updating the individual preview as well as the list filters:

• icon
• source type, e.g. "print", "manuscript"
• shelf mark and archive/library for manuscripts
• creation (some information about time) for manuscripts
• remove <identifier type="VN"> and <availability> from publication statement preview (see e.g. A222809)
• add chronology filter
• add pubPlace filter
• add publisher filter
