Submit a paper to JOSS?

JOSS is a really nice journal focused on open source software - the review process is collaborative and can improve the code etc.

Per our meeting, @TNRiley will check whether JOSS submission precludes submission to Research Synthesis Methods - if it doesn't, we should pursue both ...

@TNRiley will create a Research Synthesis Methods outline - @DrMattG might be able to get the APC funded in Norway with him as corresponding author

Great to know we have a few options. I'm happy with whatever is easiest to work out. I think Matt needed to double check on his end. In the coming weeks I'm going to start outlining things.

After talking we decided that research synthesis methods would be a better fit as we would want to dive a bit deeper than the scope of JOSS
