Idea - Export/program to ESRI and StoryMap

I created this manually. https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/51bfc2c5b49448c58c52149e67d29482?play=true&speed=slow Going through that give me all kinds of ideas.

• Use the distanced between two items to determine how to apply the scale.
• the bio information can be build using the data, but I might have to reparse to generate a more complete story. Could build the story on the orginal parse, or could put it into a ArcStory Mode (so new HTML, KML and ArcStory)
• Assume, I would create a new story each time.

Cost

It looks like ESRI is going to start to charge for ArcStory - $950 CAD/yr.
That may be a non-starter, but we might see how far we can get before 2024 when the new licensing has kicked in.

Maybe if you could use StoryMap with Personal Use. https://www.esri.ca/en-ca/store/products/buy/arcgis-for-personal-use @ $175 that would be possible. But that does not appear to be an option
