I agree a commnity built open-src mod chip will be a great idea as modbo 5's stocks were unclear.
Do note that it WILL not run Happliy when underclocked....
I've tried a 40mhz crystal and CX clock(33mhz??), it will not work.
There seem to be a newer version of the MI V2
like so
it might be where the FW dump in the pull req. from.
by then they might realized that 40mhz with 15pf load cap crystal is easier to get and recomplied the timming tree.
some of the resistor also had a different value.
The modbo 5 flash is also included.
